Hello, this is Vincent, instructor at the school. I began learning Tai Chi while in college in China during the 1990s. Over the past 23 years, I have refined my practice by studying under Grand Master Zhenglei Chen and other esteemed teachers. I believe Master Chen offers the most authentic forms, and I am deeply inspired by his teachings.
Since 2002, I have practiced Tai Chi daily, adhering to the principle, “Don’t stop practicing.” I appreciate the physical and mental relaxation Tai Chi provides and am also enthusiastic about the dynamic, powerful Kung Fu moves in some of the faster forms.
Since 2020, I have taught Tai Chi to people of various health needs and age groups. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many people who are passionate about Tai Chi. Some seek the relaxation and ease of the practice, while others are drawn to its martial aspects and exciting movements. It is very rewarding to see them getting better at doing tai chi and enjoying better physical fitness.
